Biker to tall, XS to 3XL — graded on separate blocks so the plus sizes fit like the sample, not a stretched medium.
Grading method. We grade XS–3XL on three blocks, not one linear rule — a base block (XS–XL), a separate plus block (1X–3X with proportional rise, gusset, and waistband-to-hip grading), plus petite (−2.5 cm height) and tall (+5 cm height) blocks on request.
Why it matters. Linear grading from a medium sags the crotch and rolls the waistband at 2X–3X. Separate blocks hold the fit your sample promised across the full range.

Are flare and wide-leg leggings made in-house?
Yes. As a flare leggings manufacturer we cut all eight fits on our own floor — flare and wide-leg on dedicated pattern grading, seamless on a circular-knit line. Your whole range runs through one dye batch, so the black on your flare matches the black on your compression legging. No subcontracting, no cross-supplier color drift.
What does MOQ 100 mean — per size or total?
Total. MOQ is 100 pieces per style, size-split across XS–3XL as you choose (for example 20 each across five sizes), not 100 per size. That keeps a first run realistic for a new fit without forcing 500 pieces.
How fast is a sample, and what does it cost?
A sample is 1 piece at USD 45, ready in 5 working days when the fabric is in stock, or 12 working days for to-order fabric. You approve fit, fabric, and color on the sample before any bulk is cut.
Will my plus sizes fit like the sample?
Yes. We grade 1X–3X on a separate plus block with proportional rise, gusset, and waistband-to-hip grading — not a stretched medium. The waistband holds and the crotch sits right at 2X and 3X, where linear grading usually fails.
How consistent is color across reorders?
We hold Pantone color to ΔE ≤1.5 and read a spectrophotometer value per fabric lot in your pre-shipment package. Reorder black matches first-order black, so your line stays consistent season to season.
What is the private label minimum?
Private label runs on our existing leggings blanks at a lower entry than full OEM, with your woven label, hangtag, and packaging. It is the fastest route to a first PO; send us your label kit and target fits to confirm.
What fabrics and weights can I choose?
GSM runs 230–320 across the six fits — nylon-spandex and Lycra T-400 for compression, modal blends for relaxed, circular-knit for seamless. Recycled GRS yarn and brushed finishes are available, all certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 #23.HCN.74521.
How fast are reorders once a style is approved?
Once a style is approved and the pattern is on file, bulk reorders run 35–42 days. Color and fit are locked to your approved sample, so reorders skip re-sampling and ship against the same spec.
